ABOUT ME

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT GAME DEVELOPMENT

  • Think about game systems, player behavior and find the causal links between all the elements.

  • Imagine new mechanics, stories, universes, and experiences.

  • Keep up with news, trends, and social aspect of video games.

  • Share and communicate with passionate people.

  • Approach game design from a marketing perspective (player retention, community aspect...).

  • See the project as a whole and interact with actors from different disciplines.

  • Work as a team, but also independently.

  • Design environments in a game engine and use the tools provided to make the game take shape.

ABOUT ME

Me in an airplane, so you know I'm ready to work all over the world.

My name is Oscar, I study Game Design and I come from a small village in France, close to Annecy and Geneva.

Of course, I am passionate about video games, but I also love board games. Making a living from video games always seemed like an unattainable dream to me.

After many educational changes and my first work experiences, which involved carpentry, trade, art and management, I finally realized that it was very important to do what I really want.
Today
, I am working hard to make this dream come true, and to enrich the video game universe and contribute to its evolution.

Eventually, whether it's making record numbers in an independent studio, creating my own video games studio, or becoming game director in a big company, I want to be part of something big!

Meanwhile, I study at the Brassart school in Lyon, and I create little games from my room.

These are the games that I'm very nostalgic about and that made me become a player.
