This project is very enriching for me, not only from a technical point of view, but also in terms of social aspects, organization and responsibilities that can be found in a professional production.
In fact, during this long-term project, although it is going very well, we had to deal with human and organizational problems and a lack of resources.
We also had to work steadily to keep to the production schedule while working on other side projects.
The Horia's Manor of AldeÅŸ Tepan is a spooky narrative game I'm working on with my team RavenHouse for our graduation jury.
It immerses the player in a fictional Eastern Europe of the 19th century in which a young woman named Lenore will work in an isolated manor as a steward in order to unlock the secrets there and find her grandmother who has mysteriously disappeared.
As a level designer, I am currently designing the play space that will be available for our vectical slice.
Here are some blockouts I quickly made with probuilder, in which I added some lights to get a first glimpse of the atmosphere.
The challenge is to give a labyrinthine aspect to the mansion with only a few rooms because of our artistic constraints.
